Pennant Hills Public School

Welcome to our school

Pennant Hills Public School was established in 1925 and delivers quality educational programs to cater for the needs of every child. 

The school is situated in an established area and enjoys the support of a strong and committed school community. The school is unique in the area as it is located on two sites approximately half a kilometre apart.

Our school is characterised by the wonderful support of parents and the local community.  In recent evaluation surveys, all respondents commented on the community spirit and involvement that exists at Pennant Hills and acknowledged the dedication and commitment of staff.

We have developed a belief statement that is published and revised each year with staff and parents and is on display in all classrooms. Our school's statement of purpose and beliefs is:

'We believe that children learn best when - they experience success; they are encouraged to take risks in their learning; they are motivated to learn and their achievements are appropriately recognised; they are challenged with their learning; they are supported by their peers, teachers and parents; they understand that learning is a lifelong process; they experience a variety of learning experiences.'
